From what I understand, that recipe you've got there is an "authentic, real, Turkish, true" recipe (actually, I think I posted one just like it on my journal in November or so). However, I also know that many people who make Turkish coffee let it boil 3 times, not once - take it off the heat once it boils once, let it sit for a little bit, put it back on the heat, let it boil, then pour once it boils a third time.
